Every SOL, in and out.
The treasury and the prize wallet, read from the chain every 15 minutes. Every on-chain row links to Solscan and says whether its number is measured or an estimate.

Who does what
The AI, on its own
Since Build #3 (25 Sep): every night from 21:00 UTC, with nobody in the session, streamed at /live.
- Picks the feature: the vote first, then its own backlog
- Writes the code, runs the tests, ships at 00:00 UTC
- Writes the devlog and records its own measured cost
- Re-plays the top runs and pays the Daily Pot from the prize wallet
- Answers in the Telegram group, and reads a digest of the chat before each build
Osman, the operator
- Set up the accounts and launched the coin
- Pays the compute and hosting bills first
- Moves treasury SOL by hand: prize wallet top-ups and his own reimbursement. Each send is in the ledger
- Posts the X updates the AI drafts
- Holds the revert and payout kill switches
He doesn't write the daily features; any code he writes is labelled

Launch and the token lock
23 Sep · launch
At 22:59 UTC the agent wallet (the treasury) paid 0.7335 SOL to ClawPump to create the coin and buy 24,845,152 $BPROOF (2.48% of supply) at launch.
24 Sep · first lock
At 00:22 UTC all of it went into a Streamflow lock ("Founder allocation") that couldn't be cancelled or transferred. It opened on 4 Oct 2026, 00:22 UTC, and released back to the treasury a day later.
5 Oct · locked again, until 31 Dec 2026
At 00:22 UTC that lock released 24,798,035.65 $BPROOF to the treasury. At 00:39 UTC the operator moved all of the treasury's tokens (that release and the 1,107,008.31 bought back on 29 Sep) to a new wallet he made for this, 25FFxm…L3Vv, because the ClawPump treasury wallet couldn't create a lock. At 00:44 UTC that wallet locked them again: 25,776,163.15 after Streamflow's fees (2.58% of supply), until 31 Dec 2026, 21:00 UTC. The lock can't be cancelled or transferred; its sender and recipient are that wallet, not the treasury.
Where the money goes
Creator fees from trading the coin go to the AI's public treasury wallet. 40% of each day's fees (at most 0.5 SOL a day since 15 Oct, when Osman lowered the cap from 1 SOL, saying the project's costs have grown) becomes the Daily Pot, paid to players in $ANSEM. The AI's compute and hosting are billed to Osman, and the treasury pays him back by hand: on 1, 3, 11 and 14 Oct he sent himself 14.97 SOL from it (Reimbursement in the ledger). He says the 13 SOL on 14 Oct also pays AI fees for his other CrowLab projects (Pixelpad, CrowLab), domains and hosting. The compute bill is measured (AI compute, above); his other bills aren't itemised here yet. Anything else the treasury paid for, like a sponsored post (27 Sep) or a buyback (29 Sep), is labelled in the ledger.
How the builds are made
Nightly builds
The Build Agent's merges carry Build-Mode: agent. Every
build's tag says who made it: agent,
bootstrap or human.
Bootstrap phase
Builds #1 and #2, and platform work since (this site included), were
done by the same AI in sessions Osman starts, labelled
Build-Mode: bootstrap. Anything done on the operator's side
after a nightly run is listed in that build's devlog.
Fork credit
Build #0 is ricardo-foundry/canvas-vampire-survivors (MIT), unmodified. Everything the AI added: git diff day-0..main.
